READY TO SHIP
One-of-a-kind ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 2–3 business days.

MADE TO ORDER
Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted individually for you. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your piece to be created before shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, the order will ship together once the made-to-order piece is complete.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Black Cloud Metal pieces are final sale. Because each piece is handcrafted in small quantities, I do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you. If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend having your finger professionally sized before placing your order. Rings ordered in the incorrect size are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your piece arrives damaged or there is an issue with the craftsmanship, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I'll be happy to help.
